Industry Tracking Project 

This project provides a strategic analysis of Versace, focusing on luxury branding, digital influence, and consumer behavior. I evaluated the brand’s identity, target audience, marketing strategies, competitive position, and sustainability initiatives to understand how contemporary luxury houses maintain cultural relevance and global reach.

 

This research strengthened my skills in brand analysis, social media strategy, and luxury market insights.
